HOLIDAY INN, BARTON HOUSE, BRISTOL

Extensively refurbished and extended this city centre hotel into a sleek, modern design with a new scenic lift and glass curtain walling to the front façade.

The Design and Build contract incorporated extensions and alterations to form a 156 bedroom hotel with a restaurant, gym and meeting rooms. The restaurant was an extension across the main building envelope using cantilever method of construction.

CROWNE PLAZA, AMSTERDAM

Refurbishment of the public areas including ground and basement areas within a live hotel. A temporary reception was built to allow the hotel to be fully operable, involving precise programming and coordination with a local builder simultaneously undertaking the bedroom and corridor refurbishment.

TNV Construction Ltd relocated a team to Amsterdam for 6 months, working closely with the local design team and subcontractors.

HOLIDAY INN, CAMDEN, LONDON

New build construction of a 4* hotel on the bank of Regents Canal, comprising of 130 bedrooms with a Business Centre, Mezzanine Restaurant, Gym and Meeting Rooms.

Location of the build meant the construction faced the challenges of working within confined spaces, and as a result the project was executed in phases. The Design and Build construction consisted of a basement structure which involved temporary works and waterproofing.

BEST WESTERN PLUS VAUXHALL HOTEL, LONDON

Conversion of an existing 2 storey public house with a basement extension and a mansard roof to add an additional 3rd floor, forming a 27 bedroom hotel with a reception and breakfast bar on the ground floor. Finished with a contemporary boutique design by Jacqueline Summers Interiors.

Renovation of the 65 bedroom hotel incorporating a new mansard roof, a conversion of the existing loft space and extension to the enclosed light well, to create a further 10 guest rooms.

Complete refurbishment and alteration to create a 26 bedroom Boutique Style hotel, with a reception, breakfast bar, cloak room and storage spaces. New mechanical and electrical installation providing all rooms with air conditioning units and ventilation.
