CHEGWORTH NURSING HOME, SURREY
Complete refurbishment of an existing care home with new double side extension and basement construction. The works included a new communal lounge, conservatory, disabled lift installation plus landscaping to both front and rear.
Temporary accommodation was initially built to house the residents during the 1st phase of works, as the home was fully operable during all 6 construction phases.
