The Design and Build scheme was developed in 2 phases. The 1st phase being the refurbishment, extension and alteration to the existing building to form a shell retail accommodation at ground floor with 3 stories of residential accommodation. The 2nd phase consisted of part demolition to give way to a new build 6 storey development, comprising of 22 apartments and retail shell space at basement and ground level.

The site was registered for Considerate Constructors and performed beyond compliance. It further achieved a 4* rating for sustainable homes, exceeding current best practice and a Secure By Design Certification.

Demolition of a former public house to construct 14 luxury apartments with a penthouse. The new build concrete frame structure included a basement to form a car park and external landscaping for a communal garden. Each apartment was decorated to a luxurious standard and quality finish, further benefitting from a 10 year NHBC Buildmark warranty.

Conversion and part new build of former office building into 26 flats. The additional floor was constructed using light gauge steel framing. Extensive internal refurbishment included soft demolition and strip out of the existing partitions to form the new flat layouts.

Conversion of a former public house comprising of a basement, main ground floor space with accommodation above at 1st and 2nd floor level. Developed the ground floor and basement area of the property to an enhanced shell and core level including structural layout changes, followed by a Starbucks fit out in line with their corporate image, design and standards.
