Tru Construction was established in 1989, as a private company. It has since then built up an unrivalled reputation as one of London’s most established medium sized building contractors.

Due to rapid growth, expansion and diversification the company was rebranded and registered as TNV Construction Ltd. The company is able to offer its services to major commercial, residential and service enterprises.

TNV Construction Ltd has developed a strategic network of complimentary companies, each offering their specialist services. Subsidiary companies include TEAM Supplies Ltd, a direct supply chain for M & E materials and Tru Electrical Services Ltd, NICEIC approved electrical contractors.

TOTTENHAM LANE, TOTTENHAM

Demolition of existing garage workshop buildings and construction of 26 new apartments on the first to third floors. Formation of a new basement with the ground floor to be for mixed commercial use.

9 STOREY RESIDENTIAL, LIVERPOOL

Conversion of a dilapidated 7 floor office building with a 2 storey glass curtain walling extension to create a 100 private residential scheme offering concierge, lounge and gym facilities.

THE JAIN CENTRE, NORTH LONDON

Demolition of the existing site and a new construction of a temple, conference hall and apartments.

NEW BUILD APPARTMENTS, NEW CROSS

An industrial yard backing on to a mainline rail network to have a new 8 Storey building with 1st floor linkway comprising of 26 residential apartments. 

CRAZY HORSE, STANMORE

New build 4 storey block accommodating 13 residential flats, a ground and part first floor commercial space with a basement car park facility and landscaping.

HOLIDAY INN GATWICK WORTH, CRAWLEY

The hotel is having it’s restaurant, kitchen, bar and conference suite refurbished in addition to a new block comprising of 30 rooms across 3 floor and an extension creating a further 10 rooms.

BUSHEY ROAD, WIMBLEDON

Demolition of an existing car sales & servicing buildings and construction of a part three, part four and part five storey low carbon sustainable residential building comprising of 35 self contained flats.

YORK TERRACE EAST, REGENT’S PARK

Refurbishment and extension to the basement with internal alterations to create a state of the art modern luxury dwelling within a listed building on the Crown Estate.

ORME LODGE, STANMORE

Extension and conversion of an Edwardian detached property to create a new Montessori nursery.

SEYMOUR HOUSE, SLOUGH

Part demolition, extension, alteration and conversion of 2 buildings to create 24 new apartments with 2 retail shells on the ground and basement floors.

9 STOREY RESIDENTIAL, ILFORD

112 new build apartments with a mixture of studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. In addition to the residential units a banqueting hall was built on the ground floor with a commercial kitchen. The building has 3 lifts, roof top terraces, ground & first floor parking facilities.

VOCO ST JOHN’S HOTEL, SOLIHULL

Project: 180 bedroom hotel refurbishment to IHG’s new upscale brand, voco Hotels. A new build element will add a further 20 rooms by way of a 3 storey extension. This was IHG’s second voco hotel in the UK at the time.

OFFICE BLOCK CONVERSION, HARROW

Conversion of an existing office block to form 37 apartments and a new build construction of a 4th floor.

2 STOREY EXTENSION, WEMBLEY

A two storey extension to include 9 new apartments above an existing 3 storey office block, recently converted to flats through permitted development.

5 APARTMENTS & COMMERCIAL UNIT, RICHMOND

Commercial refurbishment, conversion and new floor above mansard to form a residential penthouse.

6 TRIPLEX APARTMENTS, SOUTH KENSINGTON

Single storey rear, part double storey rear and a new mansard roof extension to create 6 triplex apartments over 6 operating commercial units on the ground floor.
